Hi. I recently started using Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 and noticed a problem: After rendering through the Premiere Pro and Media Encoder the sequence of video clips in the final video at the beginning there is a black frame or an adjacent clip frame that is adjacent to the final clip.
I tried various ways to fix this:
Preferences > General > Premiere Pro > Uncheck "Import sequences natively".
Preferences > Media > Uncheck "Enable accelerated Intel h.264 decoding
but it didn’t solve the problem
Empirically, I solved the problem. this happens when the clips go tight to each other. As soon as a gap appears between the clips, the render goes without a black frame. Can you fix this problem in the next update?

I think I found a problem. By default, the Adobe Primier created the wrong sequence, which is why this problem arose. Here is a screenshot of this sequence.
After I changed it to dslr, the problem disappeared.Pay attention to the sequence settings.
pay attention to the paragraph Preview file format I-frame only MPEG he became inactive. I don’t know how this is connected, but it worked. Thank you all for your help.

Thank you for this! I was having the same issue, and it was driving me INSANE! Everywhere I looked, instead of people answering the question, they wanted all this information about the person's computer, which then devolved into a bunch of language that nobody can comprehend. Then some of them started getting snarky, which only made everything worse. It's nice to see someone just answer the d*mn question instead of beating around the bush!

I agree. I can't wait for a "Forum" full of unhelpful people is a thing of the past haha. And also, it would just be great if Adobe actually read these posts and made it a priority to solve issues people are having.

Thank you!!!! Idk what made you try that but it 100% worked when switching to DSLR. And just to clarify, I also exported using Media Encoder after I switched it DSLR.
Seriously, you're a life saver. All the social media platforms pull in the first frame of the video as their thumbnail and my entire profile on IG would have been black squares if I published using some scheduling tools. I really appreciate this.

Look carefully at the screenshots, I wrote what the difference is above. I agree with you that they are the same and the difference is only in the preview settings, but it works. I am shocked and do not understand why this was happening. Try to do it yourself.
