Hi,
When editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, I am getting black lines when using a transition I got from Envato. I have sent the premiere file to a friend and they don't seem to have the issue when running things on their computer.
I have attached a video to better display the issue I am having.
When I unclick uniform scale (as you can see in the video) the blakc lines go away, but the zoom transition doesn't really work if I do that. Does anytone know why this might be happening.
Here are the specs of my laptop.

First, I'd suggest you reach out the Envato for support. I've never worked with their products, so I can't give you any specific help. Never easy to troubleshoot premiere problems from a distance so please tell us your COMPLETE system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and if you have any 3rd party plugins installed for Premiere... Also, sequence settings and clip properties can also help. Although you can throw almost any format into premiere, some formats can be problematic, particularly on an underpowered system.
Lots of basic troubleshooting steps which you can find here with a quick search. Post back with the requested info and we can give you more help.

I have been speaking with the guy who created the file, and it seems to work just fine on his computer.

Do you have any other effects applied to the Clips? If so, try removing
them and see if that makes a difference. If it does, we can probably figure
out a workaround.

If you are using corner pin than it is a known bug.

I don't believe I am 😞

Sure you are using effects.
What is in V2, 3 and 4?

Oh yes, they come with the transition. If I disable uniform scale the black lines go away, but that also makes the transition not work as it should. I can share a file with all the clips, but it is 48mb.

Yes Send the file e.g. Dropbox, wetransfer.
The transition is not a real transition, but a bunch of effects that simulate a transition from one clip to the next.
Best is to call it: transition effect.

feels like a resolution mismatch between the envato template and the sequence

It works on someone elses computer but I am having issues with mine.

It works fine on my Windows machine. The only mismatch I can see is that your sequence is 29.97fps and the effects tracks are 30 fps.

Yes. I tried changing that but it didn't make a difference 😞

Try turning off Lens distortion and/or set transform effect max to 300 instead of 500.
Make sure you have the latest graphicscard driver installed. If its Nvidia that would be the Studio Driver.
Turn off Composite in Linear color for all sequences.
The whole effect is kind of a mess.
Different preview files are use and different framerates.
On a side note: you can make these effects yourself. Loads of tutorial on YT or get some free ones.

Yes, was thinking about doing that, I will just have to learn how to copy and past to other clips.
I tried disabling those things but it doesnt work, and when i turn off linear colour it all goes black.

I have tried different transition packs, but there seems to be an issue with scaling, I just don't know what is causing it 😞
