Black Out in Workspace Windows Premiere Pro 2021 (15.0) on Windows 10

When clicking between windows Premiere will randomly freeze for a moment before blacking out the window.

It seems that the windows are still responsive, but fail to display anything other than updated cursor icons.

It has happened several times already, but is not a consistent occurrence.

Has anyone else encountered this or found a work around?

It was on Version 15.0

I did run through the whole troubleshooting proccess with no luck. I ultimately decided to export the sequences to XML and roll back to 2020 (v 14.9), which I've seen no stability issues with, to wait for the next update.
