Border in Premiere Pro CC

When I apply a border to a still photo in Premiere Pro CC only the vertical border is added / seen  and not the horizontal border. Please keep in mind that I have  also adjusted the height and width settings along with the width and height sliders .

Does it show if you render the timeline?

What is your photo pixel dimensions and what is your sequence dimensions?

Hi Ann and Peru B.

The problem has been solved , I did double click in the program monitor which allowed me to zoom out a little in which I was then able to see the clip with both borders.

BTW below is the link to a very really nice instructional video that taught me how to add a border to clips.
