Bug: I'll check back in 136 years after my audio finishes rendering

Premiere is behaving horribly with multitrack sequences that are nested when it comes to audio rendering.  This literally says I have 136 years (1193046 hours) to go before my audio renders out.  Obviously buggy when you are rendering greater than the number of previews and are more than 100% done with 136 years to go.  Several people have complained about the slow rendering issue both here and over on the uservoice forum, but it seems like a lingering problem.  I was able to work on the project without having to re-render the audio, but now that I am trying to export it, no dice.  FML.Screenshot - 3_16_2020 , 6_13_13 PM.png
