I am trying to open a Premire Rush project in Premiere Pro and click on "Open Premiere Rush Project..." in the bottom left. When I do that it is stuck on "Logging into Premiere Express..." and it never moves on.
I quit both apps. Logged out of Creative Cloud. Re-logged in and then opened both apps and I still get the same loading bar.
