Hey internet,
I'm currently having an issue with importing a specific document to my Premiere bin. Every other piece of media works (at least all of the ones I have tested, which include audio files, MP4s, and still images). Everything other than this one file will import. I have tested the file in question through a video playing software (both Microsoft and VLC) and it plays no problem, so I doubt the file is corrupted. Every time I try to import that video into Premiere, it crashes the program. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

If the file is variable frame rate, which although Adobe says it will support, many users are having issues with VFR.
Use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:
