CANNOT OPEN ANYTHING WITHOUT CRASHING - Adobe has encountered a serious error...

Hello All!

I will try to provide as much info as possible because this is insanely frustrating and I'm at work so now I look bad.

Literally, every time I open premiere pro it crashes giving me the "Sorry, a serious error has occurred that requires Adobe Premiere Pro CC to shut down. We will attempt to save your current project."

So literally everything was working fine. Like 100% fine and then I attempted to open a project and now everything I open, even brand new projects will crash giving me the same error.

I'm on Version 12.1.1 (Build 10)

I am on a MacOS High Sierra Version 10.13.4

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)

Processor: 2.8GHz Intel Core i7

Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Startup Disk: Macintosh HD

Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2048 MB

I cannot do anything side premiere before it crashes.

I also get this when I open up the original product that seems to have caused this? -

Not sure if this has anything to do with the crashes. This has been missing for a long time and has been opening fine without it, I'm not really even working on the sequence that has that effect. I'm remaking an old video and I have built the new video in the old videos project file. I would love to delete the effect I think it might of been a trial effect or something?
