I have created 11 video clips in Character Animator, and created a project in Premiere Pro that combines the clips into a 1 min, 52 sec video.
In PP, when I export to MP4, the file size is 66 MB. The MP4 file runs fine from my laptop (or perhaps cloud).
When I upload the MP4 file to SharePoint, and then download it from there, it will no longer play accurately. The sequence and video itself is all scrambled.
When I try to stream the MP4 file from SharePoint, this error appears:
I have upload 6 other MP4s generated by a different animation software, and they all stream fine from that same SharePoint folder.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @Tim27898261hm38,
I read your note. Thanks for the screenshot and the info you gave us. I understand your issue, but it does sound unusual. Which preset are you using for export? Can you try a different one, like a YouTube preset? What happens then? Please let us know. Sorry for the hassle on this one. Come on back with any questions.
Thanks,
Kevin

This issue is curious. Last year I created and exported a few MP4 files from PP that were hundreds of MBs in size, and they streamed perfectly fine from SharePoint. The one I created last week got all scrambled up when I did that.
So, this morning, instead of using the Upload > Files in SharePoint, I just did a drag-and-drop from File Explorer into SharePoint, and now the MP4 file exported from PP streams fine. I am not going to try to figure out why that happened, and I suggest you don't spend any time on it either. I have discovered a work-around that works.
Thank you for taking the time to respond.
