What happens when you try that prevents you?

The previous versions isn't in the  all apps tab

Sign out and in and try again.

You are scrolling down to where it says Find Additional Apps, correct?

Deinstall the CC app

Download the (latest) CC app.

Install.

First, let's run through the previous apps process ... you scroll down to the "Find Additional Apps" bar, and it shows "All Apps" as below.

Click the down arrow, and then see the "View Previous Versions" line at the bottom? Click that.

Then you should see this ...  now click on the "Install" by PrPro, where my arrow points ...

And you should get this list ...

Clicking any of those that I've pointed at will install the first release of that build series. After installation, you can go to the Help/Update option to move through the updates that were released for that build series.

I think I already covered that.

Sometimes for some unknown reason View Previous Version does not show.

As OP is experiencing.

True. And sometimes, reiteration of process by slightly different steps gets the process across.
