cant upload any mp4 video file on adope preimer pro

hello, I've got the Adobe premier pro today but I've got a problem I'm trying to edit my video to make it a lyric video but it is not letting me importing the mp4 file video to the program, can I get any help?

It does not import into the Program or you cannot get it on the timeline?

Post screenshot of that clip in Mediainfo in treeview here on the forum.

Do you have the source tab open? You should be able to just drop your mp4 file into the timeline or the source box.
