Choppy frame in premiere pro

Anyone know what this is?

I'm having this happen on mulitple frames as I color correct using Red Giant plugin as an effect.  

Do I have to re-edit these clips?  
Or is there a way to fix it?

Trun off MPE hardware, see if it goes away.

It seems like the Denoiser from Red Giant is the issue.  It needs to be placed at top of the effects stack or clip must be nested first, then add colorize or other effect.  Much appreciated
