The colouring on my exported files seem to be inverted? Does anybody know how to correct this?

This is typically a graphics/driver issue. Do you have the project settings set for Mercury Acceleration? If so, set that to "Software only" and see if it straightens this out.
What's the hardware on the computer ... OS/CPU/RAM/GPU/vRAM; which number-dot-number version of PrPro; and what's the driver number for the GPU? Have you manually checked with the manufacturer for most recent driver for that GPU?
And ... if your driver isn't the most recent, download/install and see if that helps.

U updated to the latest graphic card, but the problem is persisting. Could this have anything to do with Adobe Premiere itself?

The pictures are jpeg and I found them on the internet. This only happens when I'm editing. After I export, the video is back to normal.

The camera involved, hardware of the computer too, both would be good to know.
There might be a mis-communication between PrPro and the hardware. Always possible, or conflict of graphics resources.
Another question ... does this happen with media from a different camera in a different and new project?
