Hey all,

almost every time I cut, copy, or paste Premiere Pro goes all black Tuesday on me!

Is anyone else having this problem?

Cheers

Hi Orion Zuyderhoff Gray,

Is this happening only when you are trying to Cut, Copy & Paste Text or even with clips as well?

If it is with Text, it is a known issue. Workaround is to use Option + drag to copy text in the Titler.

Thanks,

Vidya Sagar.

Ive had this before and turning off clip frames and wave forms in the time line helped, but ultimatly it continued.

My work around was to have two timelines opened one above the other and drag and drop between them,

in working out whats causing it now though:

what codec is the media?

what is the media stored on

where is your cache stored

Ok cool, thank you. Yes it's only with text that I've noticed it happening.

Have a good one,

Orion
