Hi, have had this issue for the past few months now

Whenever I go to open any Adobe app whether that be premier or photoshop I can't get past the initial window (shown below)

It opens, then closes itself after around 10 seconds. No crash reporter pop-up

My computer is an i7 8086k / RX 6700XT / Win 10 Pro. I have an account with my university and I have tried the following:

Reinstall Adobe Apps and Creative Cloud (about 4 times now)

Log in and out of Creative Cloud

Adobe Cleaner Tool

Update drivers and windows updates

Was all working fine a few months ago but am now getting desperate. Is there something obvious I've missed? TIA

Moderator notes: A small change was made to your post.

  • The FAQ label has been removed. Please avoid labeling troubleshooting posts with "FAQ." The label is for actual FAQs in the forum. I hope that this change is OK with you.
  • I re-labeled your past as Hardware or GPU as you said it had to do with NVIDIA apps.

Adobe Staff and Adobe Experts are the people meant to use the FAQ label. I apologize if this issue was unclear. Thank you.

Sorry for not doing proper research
