Creative suite-using apple and pc

I've been using the creative suite with a PC But my daughter just got an apple computer. Can she access the membership with her apple? 

I'm aware only one can be operating at a time

Yes, but technically she needs to have her own license.

Sharing is not allowed according to the EULA.
