Deleted markers but appear again

I deleted all markers using 'Clear all markers' and saved projects.
But when I open the projects again, all markers appear on clip AGAIN.
How can I delete those markers permanently? I don't want them anymore.

AFAIK, when you add markers to clips, you are modifying the metadata of that clip on your hard drive. So, be sure that you have full access to that file on your hard drive (check for permission.. if it's a read only file..)

There are clip markers and sequence markers.  Make sure you are deleting the ones you want deleted.
