My school computer uses premiere pro cc 2014, and I'm trying to figure out how to download that version onto my home computer so I can work on it outside of school. However, I only figured out how to download the latest version of premiere pro. How can I download the 2014 version on my home computer and allow my files to work on both computers?

Search the forums for "Dolby". Because of the change in the licensing agreement, Premiere Pro CC 2014 through CC 2017.1.2 are no longer available anywhere. Not from Adobe, nor from anyone else. The only available older versions available now are CS6, the original 2013 release of CC (both due only to the statute of limitations) and the CC 2017.1.4 (the 2017.1.2 version with Dolby audio support completely removed) and CC 2018.x versions.

You do that using the CC Desktop App:

Are you absolutely sure that I can't get it from anywhere else?

No. For a while, other versions showed in the desktop as "other versions," but users who tried them found they would not actually install. As of this morning, my apps show 2015 as available, but I already have it installed from the old days. Neither of my PCs shows 2014 as an option.

So there's no way I can work on my school work at home?

I am positively sure.
As for you having no way to work on your school work at home, that's technically false although I wouldn't recommend doing that: Opening and updating projects that had been created in such an older version of Premiere to the current version usually creates problems with the updated project itself.

Wait, what? How do you update the projects? It always says that my project is either too early or too new to be opened by the current version.

Hello @deanp71959817,
I heard you're having trouble downloading an old version of Premiere Pro. It's no longer available from Creative Cloud. Sorry about that. The ProDesign Tools website may still something for you. Worth a look here. I hope that helps.
Thanks,
Kevin

I am currently using macOS Catalina (10.15.x) on my iMac (Late 2013) and need an older version of Adobe Premiere Pro. I am unable to install the latest version of Premiere Pro (v23) because it is not compatible with my system
