Whenever I try to save a video to my iphone from Dropbox i get this error message.
"Sorry this video cannot be saved to this device"
It's just some 20-40s clips each under 100mg from footage I captured on my iPhone that I edited in Premeire Pro
I exported the videos from Premiere Pro using H.264 with the Match Source - High Bitrate preset.
I've tried all the things Dropbox reccomends, is this a Premiere isssue?
Contacted an actual Adobe representative. Not a phone issue. You gotta change the export formatting setting to HEVC (H.265) with the High Bitrate preset.

I doubt this. Make sure you export with settings compatible with the iphone.

What would that be? I thought the settings I had were iPhone compatable as that has been my workflow for months now.

Then you have to look for anything that has changed.

Any ideas on what has changed? Just saying to "look for anything that has changed" is not very helpful.

You have to start somewhere.
This a phone issue not a Premiere one.

Do you at least know what settings I should try to use to get it to be compatible with my iPhone?

I'm having this same issue and my settings have always been exactly what you just said

I am still having this issue with after effects. Highest bitrate settings and HEVC (H.265) which is the default setting anyways

Hi Kevin41585,
Is it not allowing you to download the video on your device, or are you getting any playback errors? If it's with playback, have you tried Media Encoder to export and see if it's working?
Thanks,
Sumeet
