Some of you familier with taking footage by drone. In study tutorials and YouTube videos the term Drone Footage is used often. I wish to know whether a drone is set to a default frame size or any frame size you can choose as you wish.
Each drone manufacturers product will support different shooting resolutions and bit depth.
You would need the check the specifications for the particular drone.

Thanks.
Above is from YouTube. YouTube says it is a 4K footage. But downloaded video says differently. Is it adjected to YouTube requirement?

Well, when I look at the video on YouTube, it does say 4K and it plays in 4K
So, I think whatever you used to download it from YT has only dl'd a lower resolution version.
So perhaps try again?

How did you download? The free downloaders I have seen max lower than 4K - and you tell it what resolution to download. Also, even though the linked video has a 4K playback, the "auto" selection it picked was only 720p.

Resolution of dowloaded footage from YT depends on the Downloader used.

You can choose any frame size as you wish:) I don't know, maybe on old ones it's impossible, but I have a mini DJI https://www.extremefliers.com/best-mini-drones/ the first one, and it allows me to adjust the screen resolution
