I have a MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Super in my editing PC. So, if I get another GPU then would it help me to get better performance or not (asking for all- Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects)? And do I need SLI?

Not really. Remember Premiere only uses the GPU for specific things anyway. Not for general processing. Look for the GPU Accelerated Effects List in the Adobe help files.

What Neil said.  Premiere really under-utilizes GPU power, you won't see any benefit at all from SLI.   Other programs can leverage it, but not Premiere.
