Dynamic Link is completely broken. The new version is unuseable until you fix that.

Hi @JasonEberly,

Sorry, you're hitting this issue. I don't have any trouble with dynamic link and After Effects. Is that what you're facing? Have you updated both apps? Let me know. Hope I can assist. Be sure to tag me @Kevin-Monahan to get my attention.

Thanks,
Kevin

I have the same problem. Unless After Affects is running in the background, footage is showing as missing.
Even if it is running in the background, once I send the sequence to export in Media Encoder, it's showing as missing in ME. At the same time I can see it properly in Premiere and AE.

Hi @lukalumen and @JasonEberly,

I apologize for the hardship. Please give the team full details about your case. https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/faq-what-information-should-i-provide-when-a...

Since everything is working on my system, the team wants these details to reproduce the case. I'm sorry for the frustration.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi @JasonEberly - Hey, @lukalumen,

Sorry about that. Let me move this post to the Discussions board on its own. I hope that is OK. I hope we can solve this one for you. I apologize for the frustration.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi @Kevin-Monahan
Sorry, I'm in the middle of a couple of big projects. Give me a couple of days to get some breathing room and I'll explain further.
