Effect Controls Missing?

Hello Adobe family,

I have an issue after updating Premiere pro. My effect controls are only showing half of the settings it previously did. Is anyone else having this issue? I can seem to duplicate this problem with a similar machine as mine. This might be user error... but please help.

So I have "dip to White" Transition applied and you can see it shows "A" "FX" and "B" but there are no settings next to them.

Have changed to several workspace layouts, full screen on effect controls and undocked the effect control, but no luck.

Do you have the transition selected on the timeline, rather than the clip for which you want to see the effects selected?

Do you have multiple clips selected?

The effect is selected and I only have 1 clip in the scene. I did try to see if any change happened when unlinking the audio piece.

Any known issues with the rx580 video cards?
