Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem with Premiere Pro where the preset dropdown in the Essential Sound panel is empty. I can't select any of the preset options.
Does anyone a suggestions for how I can fix this issue ? Thank you in advance for your help.
Ps : I'm french, so I don't know the panel's name in english 😅
And my apologies for my english too !

Have you selected a track type? Like Dialog, Ambient, Music, one of those options?
As you do not get other options until it knows what you're working with.

I put the media on a track, then I selected it. In Essential Sound panel I cli ked on Music. And here, the dropdown is empty.

Hi Emily25999791zsa1,
Sorry to hear about this. Let us know the version of Premiere Pro you are using & is the audio clip tagged in the Essential Sound panel?
Thanks,
Sumeet

Thanks for confirming that. Is this happening with any specific project/sequence or all of them?

It seems to be when I am in the office, when working from home it works fine. Any advice?
