error en la interfaz - interface error

Este error me ocurrio de la nada un dia, no me permite arrastrar archivos del escritorio o de otras carpetas al apartado de medios ya que desaparece de la nada ayuda por favor, no me gusta este error ya que relentiza mucho la forma en la cual edito. 

This error happened to me out of the blue one day, it doesn't allow me to drag files from the desktop or other folders to the media section as it disappears out of nowhere please help, I don't like this error as it slows down the way I edit a lot .
