Error importing After Effects into Premier Pro

I imported an After Effect file into Premier Pro and everything works fine until I try to add the composition into the timeline.

I don't know how to add the composition to the timeline.

Have you tried dragging it there? Let us know if that works, @Sofía Jordán5C49.
