I upgraded my Premiere Pro version to 22.5 last week and have noticed quality issues in the exported media from PP and Media Encoder.
I was working on a set of simple video presentations--two lines of video, one audio, no CC--and the encoded outputs have sections of quality loss (grayscale, low resolution, video tearing, etc.--image sample included) that are not seen in the timeline. If I export only one video track or the other, the issue resolves. I have tried creating a new sequence, creating a new project, replaced the PPT slides as new media in case it was a corrupt file... tried render and replace, tried working from a different workstation, updating my AMD Radeon GPU drivers, trashing preferences--you name it and nothing worked. The issue continued to present in the exact same spots. Other users in my group on v22.5 have similar issues (though at random; can't replicate at will), though 2 users still on a previous release do not.
I did a scan of the boards and Google but didn't see anything similar. I've reported to Adobe support as well.
Any one else haveing this issue or know of it? Thoughts?
