export sous-titres

J'ai la dernière version de Première Pro, et j'utilise la nouvelle transcription automatique des sous-titres.

Si je fais un export d'une vidéo avec les sous-titres, je n'ai ni l'image ni les sous-titres, malgré que c'est bien coché.
Je constate qu'en fait c'est la piste sous-titre de la time line, qui une fois désactivée, permet d'encoder la vidéo avec l'image, mais sans les sous-titres ! 

Quelle est la solution ?

Hi Michel, sorry to see this issue! Let's see if we can figure it out together.

 

Have you tried resetting your preferences and clearing your cache? With Premiere closed, hold down CTRL + ALT on your keyboard (Command + Option on Mac) and keep holding the keys down. Launch Premiere while you are holding the keys down to see the Reset Options menu. Check "Reset App Preferences" and "Clear Media Cache Files" and select OK.

 

If your export is still broken after resetting the app, let's try this. Set your export to Software Only rendering. Here is a screenshot of the Export menu that will show you how to set it to Software only.

If Software Encoding works for your export, you may need to update your GPU driver. If that does not work, please let us know! Hope it helps.
