Export Time over 20Hrs

hello all,

i am trying to export a video (360) and when i 1st start the export it shows about 2 1/2 hrs. i leave it for about 30min - 1hr and come back it shows now 20+hrs. is there something im doing wrong? 

Premiere pro 2023

Win 10 enterprise
export @ H264

i7-8086K 4.0GHZ

32 GB RAM

(1) 1 TB SSD

(2) 2 TB HHD

NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000

Welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Could you let us know the exact dot version of Premiere Pro (Here's how)? Do you only see this issue while exporting a specific source file? Let us know if you see this issue while exporting in Quicktime format. We're here to help, just need some more info.

What is on the HDD?

Using an HDD may very well slow things down, especially if a lot of effects are used.

no using my SSD with no effects. 

do you know a sub area that helps with 360 video?
