Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me work out how to export my video.

I think I might have done something wrong as my resolution, pixel aspect ratio or the framerate dosn't match the output.

I can see in the preview that the quality is high so I followed a YoutTube tutorial telling me to export it in YouTube 1018p Full HD (not the settings I have in the screenshot), but when I played it back the quality was really low. Please help me!

You sequence settings are the size of a poststamp (352x200) compaired to full HD (1920x1080).

and on top of that its variable framerate (which could cause audio out of sync)

Post screenshot of propeties main clip.

You need a higher resolution video than you have.

As Ann said, you can't export to a video of similar quality from tht pixel size unless you export to that same smaller size. Even then, you will lose some quality.
