Having trouble uploading a near hour long video from an airdropped video shot on an iphone 15 pro. My desktop's specs should be enough to do its job but I'm not sure what's going on.

try to update your video card driver to the latest 'Studio' updates

try to reset the preferences

send us more info about your system specs and premiere pro version

you can encode your video using Media Encoder or Handbrake to something

like QuickTime Cineform or H.264

My computer is an Omen 30L Desktop GT13-1xxx. Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600G. 16GB of RAM. Windows 11. Using free trial of Adobe Premiere Pro version 24.3.0 (Build 59).

Another thing I should mention is that the footage I'm trying to upload is nearly an hour long. I wonder if that might have something to do with my problem.

go by Ann's suggestion to work on local drives instead of One Drive

Phone usually have variable framerate: convert to constant framerate. See if that will work.
