FIXED: Export issue for H.264 and HEVC with Premiere Pro 23.1

This issue has been fixed in Premiere Pro version 23.2.  Please update to get the fix.

We have identified a file name issue affecting H.264 and HEVC/H.265 exports on Windows with Premiere Pro 23.1

The issue impacts H.264 and HEVC/H.265 exports to folders with names that use double-byte characters, such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or extended ASCII characters, like accents and umlauts. Affected users will see this message: File importer detected an inconsistency in the file structure of %filename.mp4%. Reading and writing this file’s metadata (XMP) has been disabled.

If you are experiencing this issue, use one of these options:

• Please update to version 23.2 where the issue is fixed
• The following workarounds are for 23.1
  • Choose an export destination folder that uses only single-byte ASCII English characters (no accents, umlauts, etc.)
  • Export to a different format, such as Apple ProRes.
  • For H.264 exports only: disable hardware-accelerated encoding.

al tratar de renderizar un video en formato H.264 en premiere y en media en core me aparece este error: el programa de importacion de archivos ha detectado una incoherencia en la estructura se ha deshabilitado la lectura y escritura de los metadatos de este archivo xmp; esto ocurre desde la ulktima actualización de premiere, como lo puedo solucionar?

Al momento de exportar el proyecto se logra finalizar el procesamiento y de inmediato sale este mensaje en amarillo: El importador de archivos ha detectado una incoherencia en la estructura de archivos de Secuencia 01.mp4. Las funciones de lectura y escritura de los metadatos (XMP) de este archivo se han desactivado.

No me corre el video porque no se guardó y no encuentro qué puede ser. Me pueden ayudar porfavor!!

Je viens de perdre 2 jours à essayer d'exporter un montage en H264.

J'ai tout éssayé.

Je viens de lire sur le forum que nous sommes nombreux dans ce cas.

Changer le paramètre de codage ne change rien.

SVP il devient urgnet de corriger ce bug très problématique.

Au prix de votre abonnement une réactivité s'impose.

영문으로 된 폴더에는 문제없이 저장되지만 한글로 된 폴더에는 저장하면 1kb 로 저장됩니다

Hola, tengo un problema persistente, he buscado soluciones en la comunidad y siguiendo las recomendaciones de adobe, pero no ha sido posible hallar solución.

al momento de exportar, suelo utilizar Ajuste preestablecido: High Quality 1080 HD y Formato: H.264, me dice que hay un erro con los metadatos XMP, y no me permite elegir otros ajustes o formatos.

The suggestion for everyone having that issue is to save it to another drive. If you don't have two hard drives, you might want to wait for Adobe to make an update... 🙂

Chicos no se desgasten , desintalen el nuevo adobe 23.1 e igual en encoder 23.1 y reitales los anteriores adobe 23.0 y encoder 23.0, con ello solucionas y podras seguir trabajando , hasta que adobe , encuentra una solucion para la falla.

Guys do not wear out, uninstall the new adobe 23.1 and the same in encoder 23.1 and reitalize the previous adobe 23.0 and encoder 23.0, with this solution and you can continue working, until adobe, find a solution for the failure.

I changed the name of the project folder in windows, removing accents and ç. It worked out.

ich arbeite seit kurzem mit PremierePro2023 und stoße beim Export auf folgende Fehlermeldung:

Es wird zwar eine Exportdatei (*.mp4) erstellt, jedoch ohne Inhalt bzw. nicht ladbar.

Não consigo renderizar os vídeos, nem pelo próprio renderizador do premier, nem pelo media encoder.
Uma vez o arquivo renderizado, seu tamanho fica de 1KB, não sendo possível abrir o vídeo.

Bonjour, je rencontre différents problèmes avec le passage sur Premier pro 2023.

La colorimétrie ne fonctionne plus sur le passage d'un projet 2022 à 2023.

De plus l'export sur premier pro en H264 à 30 CBR m'a généré le code erreur : -1609629690.

L'export XML du projet de 2023 vers 2022 ne fonctionne pas non plus.

Avez-vous eu des soucis de ce genre ?
