Fonts not available on Essential Graphics

Hi, i tried syncing from Typekit but it only worked for AE, while i have problems in PP

when i import a graphic template to the timeline i get this window and it doesn't get me anything, no fonts are showing and no update is happening.

What should i do so resolve this fonts issue?

The fonts may not be available on Typekit. You may want to see about purchasing them and installing them from Fonts.com.

thank you, but they do appear on AE so i think it's something within Premiere itself...

Are you only using fonts from Typekit ?

Also, if Premiere Pro was opened when you added Typekit fonts in After Effects, please close Premiere and relaunch. Premiere doesn't synchronise new fonts while opened

after checking again with more itmes, i mainly had a problem with specifc graphic files that a friend sent me and now he sent me the specific font for that graphic and now it seems to work fine,
