I'm getting web errors when I try to log into Frame.io through premiere 22.3.1 I'm thinking either frameio is having access issues or my email associated with my adobe ID is the same as my previous free account on frame.io. Is there a fix for this?
I don't want to change my Adobe ID.
Cheers
Isaac
If you used the same email address for a Frame.io Trial and your Creative Cloud account, Frame.io will not create the new AdobeID based account for you. From the Frame.io support page:
I have an existing Frame.io Account. Can I log in with my Adobe ID to use this trial?
If you use the same email address for both Creative Cloud and Frame.io, you’ll be signed in to your existing Frame.io account. To use the expanded offer, change the email address associated with your Frame.io account in your account settings

If you use the same email address for both Creative Cloud and Frame.io, you’ll be signed in to your existing Frame.io account. To use the expanded offer, change the email address associated with your Frame.io account in your account settings. Note that your existing assets and projects will not be available in this new account and you’ll need to migrate your assets manually and re-establish sharing and collaborations.

Thank you @Patrick Southern That worked great. Looking forward to using this in my workflow. Now I need to figure out if there is a way to dock this panel. 🙂

Indeed there is! You can either use the existing "Review" workspace, or open the panel by itself from the menu bar. It's under Window>Review with Frame.io. Let me know if you have any other questions or feedback. Thanks!

what happens if i cant change my primary address? It keeps giving me a error and doesn't even allow me to cancel my free account to make a new one.

I'm having the same exact issue. I'm not shown the "Log in with Adobe ID" screen in the Premiere Frame.io window, and I can't change my free Frame.io account's email address. I can't find a way to delete my account either.

Hello,
I have an Adobe CC through my job's for Adobe Enterprise account. I can see the Frame.io menu item in Premiere, but I can't login via SSO using my Federated ID. The prompt I encountered says that my Adobe administrator has to give me permission, but I am an Adobe administrator. Documentation for Frame.io says I don't need to do anything except open the extension in Premiere to begin using it. Do I need a separate Frame.io account?

I am also having this same issue. I'm not seeing anywhere in the adobe admin accounts to allow Frame.io either so maybe i'm missing something...

I am in a continuous loop between Adibe and frame.io support where I changed my email due to the notification that my original account - connected to my subscription address was starting to charge me. I am now being asked to pay yet again. Where is the limited availability of frame.io that is supposed to be connected? No service support specialist yet has been able to rectify this issue.

When you say original account, are you talking about Frame.io account or Creative Cloud account? Where did you change the email?
