Free Draw Bezier not showing up

I can't find the free draw bezier tool to create a mask in adobe premier cc v.7.0. It's not in effects control under opacity, there is no option for any of the masking tools where they should be. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I am not sure in which version it was added but guessing you need to update to a higher version.

Ann is correct, masking and tracking was added in CC 2014, which is Premiere Pro 8.0

Is there a reason you're only using the first version of CC, or do you use a later version but also keep 7.0 around for certain projects?

You wouldn't find the massk tool even in 2014 premiere pro.
