1. You could click the camera icon on the first frame and create a still. Import it into the project panel and then place it into your timeline. (Easiest)

Simply place the playhead at the frame you want to freeze. Then right-click the clip and select "Insert Frame Hold Segment". You might lock other tracks if you don't want clips to be moved by 2 seconds.
