I exported a 1080 timelime, H264 without any issues.  Then tried to export 720 prores, it's showing green and black flashbig throughout. What is most likely the issue ? Timeline ? GPU? Media encoder ?

A while back I had the same issue. Turns out my GPU wasn't able to handle the encoding.

What you can do is change the renderer to "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only". This should fix the problem.

Also if you have used Twixtor plugin for any slow motion Keep in mind to turn off the "USE GPU" settings for twixtor on your clips.

Hope that helps!
