Has Time Remapping drastically changed in CC 2018?

I'm having problems with the time remapping function in Premiere 2018. Actually other than altering opacity, I can't keyframe anything on the video timeline. In Premiere 2017, I would simply right click the video in the timeline and 'show clip keyframes > Time remapping > Speed, then use the pen tool to add keyframes directly on the timeline. I've attached a screen shot of what I'm encountering in Premiere 2018 - no 'Show Clip Keyframes'. In addition to this, although I can create keyframes via the stopwatch in the Effect Controls panel, I can't alter the speed - it is fixed at 100%.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Might need to trash preferences because the option is still there.

You can also click on the little FX icon to get just get Show Clip Keyframes.
