Help! Adobe Premiere Pro error on full screen

I don't know why this happened, I ave using it for a month in full screen and its working normal, until one day when I import AI file, its start bug, and I can't use it on full screen.

 

already reinstall a couple times and remove the preference when uninstalling but its still error in full screen, nothing chance.

We're sorry about this. Try resetting app preferences as Kulpreet suggested and check if it's working properly. If you are still getting this issue, then try resetting workspace for Premiere Pro to isolate any workspace corruption issue that might be causing the app to misbehave.

Hello im having the same issue. Did you get to resolve this yet?

I havent tried holding shift-alt yet nor do i know what it actually does... but just in case
