While i record the video, the Volume was max and the source file is now with high volume and noise....

is there a way to reduce this and get a quality output?

Since i dont have an option to reshoot, i need to manage this with editing.

Please suggest.

Hi,

sadly there's not much you can do when your source audio is not top quality. You can of course lower the volume in Premiere in the audio timeline, but it won't fix the noise.

For the noise, you can you Adobe Audition desnoiser. It won't remove all the noise but will help reduce it.

Hope this helps,

Seb

Adobe Audition is definitely the better tool here.
