How can I add a smooth slow motion effect to a sequence? (i.e. Optical Flow)

I have a sequence (A) consisting of just another sequence (B) that's itself containing a number of clips:

I'd like to apply a smooth slow motion effect to sequence (A), but all I can do is to change playback speed using Effect Controls > Time Remapping. I don't see an option for having the time remapping use Optical Flow.

How can I apply Optical Flow to sequences?
