How could I deselect this working area?

Normal selection will be like the center part (short cut "I"&"O")

But i dont know how to deselect the area with yellow line, it will keep ignoring the normal selection part when rendering and exporting.

I think there's one time I accidentally drag in an audio and then it popped out...
It's really annoying...

What you have selected is the 'Work Area Bar' WAB. 

You can change what section of the timeline is exported here:

A google search for 'work area bar' has lots of info.
