How do I add mid 2000s camera feature to modern video?

So what I mean by that is all those older camera's always had a time stamp in one corner, battery life in another corner and sometimes they had full borders or borders just on the corners. If anyone could help me learn how to do that, it would be very useful, thank you!

You create the camera screen overlay as a graphic with transparency and compose that above your video in PPro.

A static overlay can be created in PhotoShop or Premiere Titler

A motion overlay would require After Effects or similar FX compositor
