How do I nudge clips in a sequence?

Unless I am being stupid, the key commands for Nudging +/- 1 or 5 units have been abrogated into the 'Legacy' panel, and as such are simply not working for me any longer, even with the panel in question having focus (which prevents it working of course because the sequence would need the focus)

So - can somebody [please let me know how I can nudge an item those last few frames/samples that are impossible to do in any other way?

It must be there - I just cannot find it at all.

Alt left / right for 1 frame alt+shift + left / right for 5 frames.

Where did you find it in the KC list, please - all I could find was something odd - see screenshot below.
