I installed Lock and Load to as a free trial and as the trial has expired there is now text on the footage I applied the plugin to.
How do I uninstall this plugin?
Thank you.
1 Correct answer
I tried this but do not see a list of the plugins. My concern is that when I click on the "edit in" action, there is software listed which is no longer installed on my Mac. Thank you

Hi Sylvav44722467,

How do I uninstall this plugin?
By default, third party plugins are installed in the Mediacore.
You can directly remove/delete them, from the Mediacore.
Location:
Windows: C:/Program Files/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore
Mac: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore

Anything installed should come with an uninstaller.
You can also just remove the effect.

Same question for Premiere Pro CC 2017. I have old extensions I want to remove. How do I do this? There is shockingly little documentation on this.
I've downloaded and installed Extension Manager, but it isn't listing the extensions I already have installed. Help?

Hi Kulpreet,
I downloaded a Plural Eyes trial software and added it on to my Premiere Pro CC. I uninstalled the software on my computer but it still shows up in my Premiere Pro in the Extensions bar. I have also opened up my Adobe Extensions Manager and it doesn't show up there. Any way to get it off my Premiere Pro?
Thanks,
Alisha

Good day,
I installed the Cineware plugin for Illustrator. After doing this my Illustrator continuously crashed.
I went to the following path
Macintosh HD > Applications > Adobe Illustrator CC 2019 > Plug-ins
I found the folder there. Deleted it and cleared my trash.
I then closed Illustrator and re-opened it.
The plug-in was removed.
