How to remove vocals from mp4

Hello,

New user here (migrating from Movavi).

Need some help with isolating and removing vocals, but keeping the background noises from how-to videos.

I'd like to remove the English and dub the other language in it's place.

Videos are mostly shot on Go-pros.

Any help would be appreciated!
