HOW TO TRANSFORM A GIF FROM B/ TO COLOR

Hi everybody, I found an old b/w gif with some people inside and I'd like to turn it in color. Is it possible?Premiere Pro or Photoshop? As you can easly understand I'm not and expert.

Thank you so much Bob. Not so easy (to me) to find out how to colorize the remaming 41 pics after the first one but at the end I did it and I had a perfect result. 😉
