I'm experiencing the same issue when trying to import a free adobe template (FILE #: 229438152) or really any of the predefined templates. I have a video for you to review. I've updated my application to the latest version, 13.0.2. Disclaimer -- this is the first time I've ever attempted to work in Premiere -- I completed the learning tutorials and watched a few youtube videos to get me here.

I've had this problem with one downloaded (from Adobe Stock) mogrt ... and had to download it to a file on disc, in my local Library ... then from the LIbrary folder in the lower-left corner, it went to the sequence without trouble. And ... could suddenly be dragged from the EGP without trouble either. Strange.

Hi Karen!
So exciting that you're starting new creative adventures!
A couple of trouble-shooting questions:
Would you mind sharing a link to your video?
Is the Creative Cloud app connected to the Internet?
Have you set-up a payment option for stock assets in your Creative Cloud account?
- I believe this is a requirement for in-App licensing (even for the free templates).
Have you tried downloading it to your computer via the stock website and manually installing in PR as Neil mentioned?
- You can do this by navigating to the EGP panel and using the "+" button on the bottom right corner
Lets try and get this squared away for you.
Cheers,
Dacia

If we need to set up a pay account even to download free mogrts ... that's not, shall we say, user-obvious?
A mention of that someplace would be quite useful if it is the case.

Hi Neil,
If you need to set up an account as a first time user, PR should throw a dialog that informs the user of this. If it doesn’t then we have a bug, but in this case, I’m trying to troubleshoot so considering all options.
Cheers,
Dacia
