I can't import media

When I open the media browser there are no media files in any of my folders. Not in videos, not in my DCIM folder from my camera.

You have to copy/paste entire card to hdd first.

Then ingest from hdd.

um I dont know what any of that means. I have made 2 project before this and both time i opened media directly for premier. what is hdd?

oh hard rive. yeah the files are on my hdd already. nothting shows up there either.

Try direct import instead of the Media Browser.
