I can't open ANY video (mp4, mov, mp3) in Adobe Premiere. HELP please

Hey guys so the title says it all. I have a video I have converted to numerous formats and tried to open in premiere pro but it doesn't work. oddly enough those videos open just fine in photoshop. I included an image to show you the grey-out images that i can't open with premiere. all help is appreciated

What created that video first? And what app are you using to try & transcode it?

I have the same problem! My files from the actioncamera Xiaoyi Yi 4K+. Premiere Pro the previous version, I do not remember which, opened these files. But I changed the computer and installed the latest version Premiere Pro from Creative Cloud.
